Originally from Perú, I moved to Barcelona in October 2010 to pursue an MBA at the University of Barcelona. Initially, I only had three friends in the city, and they were often busy with their partners, leaving me with a lot of free time on my hands.
That’s when I came up with the idea for “New in Barcelona”. I wanted to create a platform where people in similar situations could connect, make new friends, and explore everything the city has to offer. Barcelona has so much to see and do – from its stunning architecture to its sunny beaches and nearby mountains.
So, if you’re new to the city or just looking to expand your social circle, come join us at “New in Barcelona”! We’re all about making new connections and discovering all the hidden gems that this amazing city has to offer.
