My name is Jessica, i am a certified Yin and Hatha Yoga teacher from Germany and i invite you to join my beginner friendly Yoga class.
Language : English (Teacher also speaks Spanish and German) Price: Free of charge (Donations are welcome and will be 100% donated to charity organizations)
Location & Time : Parque Ciutadella at 7 pm
What to bring : Comfortable Clothes, Water, Yoga Matt or Towel
After the Yoga class some of us will stay for a picnic and a language exchange. You are welcome to join and bring snacks, drinks and some books.
